Process Group for College/Graduate Students:
This is a confidential, therapy group that aims to assist college or graduate students, who would like to gain insight about their feelings, choices, habits/behaviors, relationships and future direction.
Issues that may be addressed include: anxiety, perfectionism, self-confidence, values/goals, communication, self-awareness, self-compassion, emotional regulation, emotional intelligence, thought processes, triggers and patterns, relationships and much more.
When: 1x/week for 75 minutes
Where: Online
Fee: $65 per session, paid in advance at the beginning of each month
An initial interview is required prior to starting group. Individual session fee will apply.

Executive Skills Coaching Group for College/Graduate Students:
This is not a therapy group. This group aims to assist college or graduate students in developing executive skills that are vital for their wellbeing and productivity in college and beyond. Executive skills refer to the following areas: planning, organization, time management, motivation, self-regulation, self-awareness, impulse control, etc.
Issues that may be addressed include: keeping track of tasks/to-dos, creating systems for everyday functioning, developing realistic goals, breaking down tasks, accountability, motivation, time estimation, planning ahead, productivity tips and strategies and much more.
This group is not for individuals needing therapy or help with anxiety or other mental health symptoms. However, if already receiving individual therapy, participation in this group may be an option. In general, improving executive skills will have a positive impact on mental health.
When: 1x/week for 75 minutes
Where: Online
Fee: $75 per session, paid in advance at the beginning of each month
An initial interview is required prior to starting group. Initial session fee will apply.
A minimum of a 6-month commitment is recommended to learn/practice skills and benefit from this group. One individual coaching session per month is strongly recommended (but not required) to maximize gains (charged separately).
